Directions
Leanela directions: dose, timing and tips
One sachet, the right time of day and how to make it part of a lasting routine.
The daily routine
- Open a single 2 g sachet.
- Mix it into coffee or water – hot or over ice both work.
- That’s it for the day: one sachet maximum.
When to take it
With 120 mg of caffeine per sachet, Leanela belongs in the first half of the day. If caffeine keeps you up at night, skip it after lunch.
In coffee or in water?
Either is fine. Just remember that coffee brings its own caffeine, so a sachet in a large brewed coffee adds up fast. On days you drink a lot of coffee – or if caffeine makes you jittery – choose water.
Making it a habit that lasts
- Eat fewer calories, eat well: pair Leanela with a balanced, calorie-reduced diet – Canada’s Food Guide is a practical starting point.
- Move more: Canada’s 24-Hour Movement Guidelines suggest adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each week.
- Same time, every day: linking your sachet to your first coffee makes it easy to remember.
- Water and rest: staying hydrated and sleeping well make every other habit easier.
Not for everyone
- Anyone under 18
- Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding
- People told to cut back on caffeine
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first if you take prescription medication or live with a health condition.
