Not happy? Leanela gives you 30 days to ask for your money back. Start through the Leanela Help Centre with your order number; you will be given the correct return address for your order. Keep your postage receipt, and never mail a return to the company’s registered office.
Your rights as a Canadian consumer
Your province’s consumer protection law gives you rights a seller cannot remove – for example when goods arrive damaged or are not as described. The 30-day guarantee comes on top of those rights. For a faulty or wrong item, contact Leanela support and quote your order number.
Stopping a recurring order
If your purchase includes repeat deliveries, you can stop them through the Leanela Help Centre. Do it before the next order is processed so you are not charged again.
